1. Our Right to Choose Clients

Eightynine reserves the right to selectively work with clients after a preliminary round of discovery. We seek to collaborate with individuals and businesses whose values align with the ethical and humanitarian standards we’ve set for ourselves.

2. Thoughtful, Not Rushed

Eightynine is not a “quick-fix” agency. We invest time to create meaningful work. If you are looking for fast results without collaboration or patience, we may not be the best fit — though we’re happy to help you understand your needs or refer you elsewhere.

3. Creative Excellence, Every Time

We take pride in offering high-quality, clutter-breaking creative work. Your brand matters deeply to us, and we work with integrity, attention to detail, and a clear focus on your goals throughout our partnership.

4. Confidentiality & Trust

All client information, including communication and project data, is kept strictly confidential. We will never sell or share your data with third parties. Your trust is important to us.

5. Trademark of Eightynine

The creative symbols and final deliverables that bear the Trademark of Eightynine are part of our identity. Please look for our trademark on finalized designs — it represents our promise of creative quality.

6. Engagement Process

  • Project initiation begins after mutual agreement on deliverables, pricing, and timelines.

  • A detailed scope of work will be shared to ensure clarity and alignment.

7. Payments

  • A project kickoff deposit is required to begin work.

  • Remaining payments follow milestone-based or final delivery agreements.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed stages or final work due to the personalized nature of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon project completion and full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

  • Eightynine may display finished work in its portfolio unless a written request is made to exclude it.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eightynine is not responsible for delays or losses caused by :

  • Lack of client inputs or feedback

  • Technical issues with third-party services

  • Situations beyond our control (natural disasters, system outages, etc.)

10. Revisions

We offer a reasonable number of revisions during the design phase. Significant changes beyond scope may incur additional costs.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings, if any, shall fall under its jurisdiction.
